In the past computers are available only in very limited quantities, which can use the computer also just people who work at the company. but nowdays for everyone to compete technological developments in demand to be able to use your computer, not just the staff office even primary school students can use a computer today.
Computers makes all things that you've never imagined appear now, in the past if i wanted to take my money i should go to the bank, or i should ask my parents to delivered it by post office. but what you need to do now is just have the ATMs card and your can take your money in ATMs machines everywhere and everytime. computers make it happened, banking system computers have become irreplaceable. They control ATMs, all data is stored on special hard disks and paper isn't used in accountancy any more. "i think it treathens our fate as an accountants in future".
An amazing developments should have so many effects in our lives , there's an example of positive and the negative effect :
positive effects:
- Computers saves storage place. Imagine how much paper would have to be used by our daily activities, how many trees would have to be cut and make it into a paper just to store information which is today on hard disks.
- Computers can calculate and process the information more faster and accurate than humans for our work, so it will reduced risk at your work,etc.
negative effects:
- The worst scenario that you can be a computer addict. If you spend most of your free time using computer you should go to see a psychologist.However, I think that the situation is very serious because that related to your health and social live.
- sometimes when you have your deadlines work, and your computers brake down. thats mean u can't resume your work if you don't have back up data , and you will lost what you have done for your work, etc.
